About the Role
- 1. Lead Generation/ Cold calls
2. Understand client needs and develop client acquisition strategy for the region.
3. Interact with the potential clients. Submit proposals, negotiate and finalise terms.
4. Finalise agreement/ contract with the clients.
5. Interact with client on daily basis and operational team to ensure smooth implementation and start of operations.
6. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients as well as new clients
7. Interact with old clients and generate business.
8. Ensure communication of site details to the Transition & Operations team.
9. Motivate and develop team capabilities.
10.Ensure the attainment of the sales targets.
11. Participate in exhibitions/workshops and other business promotional events.
12. Develop BD tools.
